His active approach has expanded the firm’s reach and built a reputation in the market for top quality and personalized service. When he’s not at the studio, you can find him hiking in surrey hills and spending quality time with his family.

His journey from a dedicated professional to a pioneering force behind Felicity has been a remarkable learning curve. As the technical brain of our operation, he now leads our factory and guides our talented team with both determination and creativity. Beyond professional achievements, he is an avid sports enthusiast and music lover.

David is a detail-oriented Creative head of Design with a passion for bespoke joinery furniture. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, David has deep knowledge and innovative flair for every project. His knowledge in design and craftsmanship is evident in his detailed drawings, which provides the blueprint for our bespoke creations. David’s dedication to his work ensures that each piece of furniture fulfils client’s vision.

Ali is an experienced interior architect and a design manager with 15 years of design in production and project management. His portfolio, includes projects from residential to marine domains, showcases his versatility. Notably, he has collaborated with some of the industry’s most renowned motor yacht and sailboat builders, underscoring his skill in interior joinery and fit-out. He spends his free time tinkering with his guitars and cycling.

With over 22 years of experience in the joinery industry, James is our Senior Technical Lead, with knowledge and a passion for precision craftsmanship to our team. He oversees the technical aspects of our projects, ensuring that every piece of joinery combines seamlessly. His extensive experience has afforded him the privilege of working with a diverse and prestigious clientele, ranging from luxury residential projects to high-profile commercial spaces

At Felicity, she excels in both technical design and managing our social media. Her creativity extends to her hobbies in crochet and roller skating, which fuels her dynamic and energetic approach to design. Her varied skill set ensures our projects are both beautiful and finely crafted.
